BuildSafe has prepared Terms and Conditions which apply when parties are using BuildSafe's services.
These terms and conditions are freely available to anyone who is interested in using the BuildSafe Security of Payment Scheme. Within the Terms and Conditions there are references to other documents which are only available to those parties who are Registered Users of the Scheme.
If you have any questions arising from the Terms and Conditions, we are happy to assist in the first instance. If you are unclear or uncertain any aspect of the Scheme, we suggest that you take independent legal advice.
