Our Team

BuildSafe® has a trusted team of highly regarded professionals who are committed to helping you keep your money safe.  We are available to speak with you, either by phone or in person at anytime and look forward to working with you to make your building project a success.

Our key team members are:

John Green - Director & Business Development Manager.

John is a Chartered Arbitrator, Mediator and Adjudicator. John has had nearly 40 years experience in all aspects of the building industry including 20 years as an Adjudicator, Arbitrator and Mediator and 6 years as a Weathertight Homes Adjudicator. John is a past President of the Master Builders’ Association Auckland and the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand. John is a Director of the Building Disputes Tribunal.
 

Heather - Financial Controller.

Heather has a professional background in banking including 8 years working with the BNZ. She has been the Director and Administration Manager for various construction companies and for some Dispute Resolution Service providers. Heather is a Director of BuildSafe Security of Payment Trustee Company Ltd and the financial manager.
 

Nikki - Administration and Marketing Manager.

Prior to joining BuildSafe as Administration and Marketing Manager in May 2009, Nikki worked as a Senior Consultant in the Recruitment industry, recruiting for roles based in Auckland and overseas within the public and private sectors. Nikki has travelled extensively and speaks fluent German.  Nikki has a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Auckland University and maintains a strong interest in people, culture and their behaviour in the workplace.
